A free pilot for Northern Ireland engineering firms.

Run real inspections through AECAI with us alongside, and measure together what it saves your firm.

Who it is for

Civil and structural consultancies and inspection contractors of 5 to 50 people in Northern Ireland, whose engineers inspect bridges, buildings or reservoirs and write their own reports.

Fig. 1  The pilot record, filled in together as your inspections run.

What the pilot involves

  • It is free, and an allowance of AI use is included.
  • You run real inspections through AECAI, and we work alongside you.
  • Together we measure the time it saves against how you work now.
  • How your data is handled is agreed in writing before you share any.
  • We are taking on a small number of firms.

How it starts

  1. A demo.

We show you the whole workflow on demo data.

  2. An agreement.

If it fits, we agree the scope and how your data is handled, in writing.

  3. Your inspections.

Your engineers run real inspections through AECAI, with us on hand.

  4. The result.

We compare the time against your usual way of working and share what we find.

We agree start dates with each firm.

What we ask in return

  • Honest feedback as you use it.
  • A short check-in call every week or fortnight.
  • Permission to publish the time saving we measure, without naming your firm.
  • If you agree when the pilot ends, permission to name your firm as a pilot participant.

Questions directors ask

Is AI use extra?
No. An allowance of AI use is included in the pilot.
Who is responsible for the report?
AECAI produces drafts. The report is yours: your engineers check it, edit it and issue it under your firm’s name. AECAI does not give engineering advice.
What happens to our data?
It is stored in Ireland, and how it is handled is agreed in writing before the pilot starts. The details are on Your data.
Does it work without signal on site?
The Android app captures without signal and uploads later. It is in early access. Capture also works in a browser.
